When you request an estimate through this website, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email address, service address, and the details you choose to share about your kitchen exhaust system. If you call or email us directly, we receive what you provide in that conversation. This website does not require accounts and does not use advertising cookies.

Your information is used to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule and perform service, and maintain the service documentation your records require. Web requests receive a reply within 24 hours by phone or email. That is the entire use.

PowerClean does not sell your information. PowerClean does not share your information with third parties for their marketing. The details you send us exist for one purpose: taking care of your kitchen exhaust system.

Form submissions travel to our inbox through our website hosting and email delivery providers, which process them in transit. Our estimate forms are protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish people from bots. That processing is described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

You can ask us at any time what information you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. And the form is never the only door: calling 360-352-8484 works just as well and shares only what you say.
